Tammy is a senior lawyer with Estate First Lawyers. Tammy is passionate about estate planning law and has been practicing in the area for almost 20 years. She enjoys meeting with clients and providing estate planning solutions to their problems, whether simple or complex.

Tammy brings a thorough and detailed approach to her work. She is a good listener and takes the time to ensure that your wishes have been heard, understood and implemented.

Education & Credentials

Tammy was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Qld in 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and also a Master of Applied Law (Wills and Estates) from The College of Law.

Tammy is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner with the international organisation STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a member of the Queensland Law Society

Tammy has practised extensively in wills and estates since her admission, advising clients in all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, from simple to complex. Her experience in commercial law and complex tax matters, is an added bonus.

Tammy is known for her plain English approach and her ability to solve complex problems with practical, tailored solutions. She adopts a personal approach with each client, sharing her years of experience and providing invaluable guidance to her clients in the sometimes difficult discussions and decisions that are involved in creating a strong estate plan.
