Abbey has joined Estate First Lawyers as an estate planning lawyer, having worked exclusively in the areas of estate planning and estate administration since 2017. Abbey is passionate about estate law, and makes it a priority to provide genuine care for her clients. Abbey is invested in delivering comprehensive estate plans that meet each of her client’s individual needs in a professional manner and with a human touch.
Education & Credentials
Abbey was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Qld in 2018. Abbey holds a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University. During the course of her studies, she undertook a course of study in International law and Human Rights at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. Abbey also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law and is commencing her Masters of Law specialising in estate planning law later this year.
Abbey is a member of the Queensland Law Society.

Abbey enjoys providing training to financial advisors at their PD days, as well as presentations to clients from all walks of life. Abbey takes advisers and clients on an informative and thought-provoking journey through various estate planning topics. She enjoys using case studies and interactive presentations to engage her audience, leaving them with key ‘take home’ messages.
